Covid 19 Statement
We continue to closely monitor the latest information about Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure the protection of our patients and employees. We are in close contact with our health care delivery partners and vendors, including our referral partners. We are following the most recent reports from the Centers for Disease and Control and Prevention (CDC), https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html, CMS, and other regulatory agencies for guidance on navigating the COVID-19 situation.
We are actively screening at the practice according to criteria established by the CDC and the Florida HealthCare Association.
All employees, visitors and vendors will be required to answer questions for daily screening.
Please enter our buildings through the approved entry point and be open in responses regarding symptoms of any illness or if travel to any area that may be in question.
