From Jacksonville
Take I-95 South to exit 265 Holly Hill / Daytona Beach.
Make a left turn onto LPGA Blvd. heading East towards Holly Hill (towards the ocean).
From New Smyrna Beach
Take I-95 North to exit 265 Holly Hill / Daytona Beach.
Make a right turn onto LPGA Blvd. heading East towards Holly Hill (towards the ocean).
After Heading East on LPGA
Take a left onto North Clyde Morris (the forth traffic light).
Stay in the right travel lane and look for the third driveway on your right.
Continue past the Twin Lakes Medical Center until you see a Seacoast Bank on the left side of Clyde Morris.
Turn right onto Lakeside Professional Blvd. at the Lakeside Professional Suites sign.
Turn right into the parking lot.
Lakeside Endocrine Associates is at the left corner of the business park.
Park near or in front of the building and come to Suite number 2.
