Telemedicine
We now offer virtual visits, also known as Telemedicine Services. The Federal Government has issued a waiver that temporarily allows patients to receive medical care via interactive video chat or telephone from the convenience of their homes. Coverage for Medicare Advantage plans and commercial insurance plans varies. Please view our Insurance Plans page for more details. For inquiries if your insurance will cover telemedicine services, leave a message on the Patient Portal.
*NOTE: Not all insurance companies who pay for telemedicine services allow “telephone only” calls. A complete list is available by calling the office at (386) 274-1414 or emailing the Billing Supervisor.
